To make a reservation, select the time slot and the desired number of tickets. If you want to book both paid tickets and free tickets, you need to make two separate reservations based on the type of ticket.
In the case of a paid ticket (5 euros), the reservation is considered valid only if you pay online. The ticket is not refundable, but will entitle you to free admission once the health emergency is over.
In case of free admission, it is necessary to indicate the reason (e.g. under 14, over 75, etc.) at the time of booking. The reservation is considered valid only following the confirmation e-mail. At the entrance, the ownership of the free ticket will be verified.
